Eric Frohardt is about as badass of a person that I have ever had the pleasure of meeting. He served in the Navy as a SEAL. His story of how and why he joined is covered in this chat. It is a great one!
He was the CEO of StrongFirst for many years. This is when I met him and learned from him. We worked on an article for StrongFirst that was later included in Pavel's book - The Quick and the Dead.
Eric knows more about fitness, mindset, and overcoming challenges than most of us. He shares some of his tactics in this conversation.
We also cover bow hunting, backcountry skiing, climbing the highest mountains of North and South America, what goes into his kit and lots of gear!
